For your safety and convenience, we’ve done away with room keys and the traditional motel office and provide contactless check-in. When you book your reservation, you’ll receive an email with a custom code for your room. To check-in, all you’ll need to do is enter that code (followed by a ✅) and you’re in! You’re no longer beholden to office hours when you’re on the road – and you can settle in immediately without a wait.

We believe in posting our best available rate for all guests at all times. Since we are such a small establishment, we do not participate in any of the discount programs that large chains offer.

We are! The b.side motel is one story, and all of the rooms are a few short steps away from your parking space.

Each reservation comes with one guaranteed parking space. The b.side is a small property, so we cannot guarantee overflow parking. We can only provide parking for one vehicle per reservation.

We LOVE dogs here at the b.side – and welcome yours with a few simple rules. We are the only 100% pet-friendly motel in Bandon, Oregon – and we’d love to meet your pup while you’re here! Our pet fee is $25 per pet – that’s once per stay, not per night

Due to ADA requirements that we accept service animals in any room, we have opted to be 100% pet friendly. Each room is professionally cleaned top to bottom between each stay, but we are unable to guarantee an absence of allergens.

We welcome guests of all ages at the b.side – although our property does cater more to an adult demographic. We do not have a playspace or pool and are a generally chill property with quiet hours from 9 am - 9 pm. If this sounds like a great fit for your family, we'd be delighted to have you! If you're unsure if we're a great fit, give us a call and we're happy to help with the decision.

All rooms are 100% smoke and vape free at all times. We allow smoking in specific areas: the Cannabis Hut and Smoking Hut are the exclusive spots on the property set up to be comfortable and welcoming for our smoking crowd. That said, there is no smoking or vaping in front of the motel or in the rooms.

We are not beachfront, but we are mere minutes from the beach. What we lack in beach views we make up for in style. 😎 That said, we are five minutes away from the beaches of Bandon – about two miles at the closest point – and less than a mile from Old Town.

We do indeed! We have enterprise-level wifi for the entire property – your login information will be in your confirmation email.

All of our rooms offer Smart TV with Hulu Premium (which includes 1500 channels of live television).

Yes! The RV park bathrooms have coin-op laundry available to anyone with a reservation. Use the code in your confirmation email to enter and get those clothes squeaky clean.

We have a fabulous covered BBQ area with both propane and charcoal grills available. We supply propane, utensils, and cleaning supplies, and this area is open to all guests of the motel and RV park.

You better believe it!  We maintain property-wide quiet hours 9 am to 9 pm and ask that all guests remain respectful of their neighbors. This isn’t a party location, and we want a chill, pleasant environment for everyone in the motel and RV park. If another guest is acting in a way that affects your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately so we can assist.

While we are primarily an overnight park, we do accommodate some long-term guests depending on availability. Please fill out the form at the bottom of the RV page [link] to get in touch so we can discuss further.

Each of our RV sites has its own sewer connection, but we do not offer a public dump station.
